Overview:
This is our shortest tour package, yet it offers a rich experience. We begin our journey in Paro, one of the most picturesque valleys in Bhutan. The flight into Paro is a breathtaking adventure, offering views of some of the world’s highest and most awe-inspiring peaks. The tour covers the historically, culturally, and politically significant districts of Paro and Thimphu, providing an insightful glimpse into Bhutan in a brief timeframe.

Attractions:
  • Paro Valley:Visit the Rinpung Dzong (castle-fortress), the ruins of the Drugyel Dzong (Victory Fortress), the National Museum, and the 7th-century temple complex at Kurje. The highlight of the Paro visit is the hike to the Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), a revered site perched on a cliff 800 meters above the valley floor, admired throughout the Himalayan Buddhist world.
  • Thimphu: Explore the Tashi Chho Dzong, a grand castle-fortress that serves as the seat of power and the King’s palace. Other sites of interest include the Memorial Stupa, a traditional paper factory, the Folk Heritage Museum, the Textile Academy, the Handicraft Emporium, and the location of the world’s largest Buddha statue.
